i was utterly shocked when i had to wait 10 mins for check-in at 2.50 p.m., when the hotel was practically empty! the elevator didn’t work and my room key didn’t work either. after all that, imagine my surprise finding someone else in my room! an appalling experience. glamorous hotel? please, more like a disaster waiting to happen.

The location was fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from key attractions, making it easy to explore. the room felt stuffy with limited electrical outlets and some unpleasant odors. The shower had issues with water pressure, which detracted from my overall experience. The hotel offers a decent breakfast, but a bit more variety would be appreciated.

The location was fantastic, making our city excursions super easy with the metro. We appreciated the good breakfast options and relaxed in the cozy lounge area after a long day. Accommodating our toddler was a breeze in the spacious room we had.
For dads, it would be great to have a playground nearby.

Great vibes and friendly staff!
Had a nice stay! The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The staff were super nice and helped me out when my bag was delayed, which was a lifesaver. The lounge area was nice to chill in, but the shower set-up was a bit tricky. All in all, a solid spot!

Great location near the train station and city center. The building has charm, though a bit old. My room was mostly clean, just don't sniff the carpet too hard!
I swear those carpets must’ve been around since the dinosaurs! And is it just me, or does every room smell like a chimney?

Loved my stay here! The breakfast offered so many tasty options, and I enjoyed unwinding in the cozy lounge area after a long day. Only drawback was the slightly low water pressure in the shower, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. 😊

Good Location, Needs Attention
The hotel’s central location made exploring Brussels easy. I enjoyed the cozy lounge area after long days. the carpets need a thorough cleaning and the sounds from neighboring rooms were quite disruptive. For a better night’s sleep, request a room away from the elevators.
